Pastor Beth george
Pastor Beth joined the TCLP in October 2020, coming to us from Pennsylvania where she served in two previous ministry sites. She graduated from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg in 2004. Her first career was in computer programming and she holds degrees in computer science and business administration. Her family consists of Cooper, her crazy dachshund. She enjoys reading, knitting, and travel.
Vicar Diana Foote comes to us from Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Clifton Park, NY. She is a seminary student at United Lutheran Seminary in Pennsylvania and will be an intern at Tri-County Lutheran Parish until August 2025. Vicar Diana grew up in downtown Albany, NY and has spent most of her life in the Capital District. She recently retired as a public school Spanish teacher after a 30-year career.
Vicar Diana has been married for 27 years and she and her husband, Chris, have two sons; Joshua, 26, and Cameron 24. They live in Clifton Park with their youngest son, 2 cats, and 2 dogs.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching TV, and traveling.
Samantha Markham
Samantha Markham is the Parish Administrator of the Tri-County Lutheran Parish. Originally from New Marlborough, MA she now lives in Stuyvesant, NY with her husband Joe, daughter Grace (4 months), and their 2 dogs. She holds degrees in psychology and music from SUNY Potsdam and the Crane School of Music and is currently working on earning her Masters in Thanatology from Marian University. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and playing the Harp.
